I receive basic Swedish massages from Trina and they are absolutely wonderful! I feel rested and rejuvenated once finished. I believe God wants us to steward our bodies well, and treating my body to a massage is something I never considered as stewardship until now. I do believe it brings health to my body and decreases stress. I feel peace and the presence of the Lord during the massage, which I believe ministers to my soul and spirit.
